BB386 EVO is a road bike bottom bracket standard introduced back in 2011. The BB standard is based on a frame shell width of 86.5mm and inner diameter is 46mm.

Tripeak BB386 Shimano bottom bracket makes it possible to fit a Shimano Hollowtech II or FSA crankset with 24 mm axle into a 386EVO frame. These frames have bottom brackets with 86.5 mm shell widths and 46 mm shell diameters.
